Specifications - Verti-Crete Masonry Screeing Walls

Our custom made, double-sided, decorative masonry walls are built to exact specifications and engineered to to be exceptionally stong and durable. Panels are constructed of 4,000 psi concrete with reinforced steel re-bar. Panels are 12' wide by either 6' or 8' high. Each wall panel is 4.5" thick. Our columns are 20" X 20" square.

Our precast concrete walls offer exceptional strength, durability, and stability. Our interlocking panels and columns are engineered to withstand virtually anything the elements can offer. Our fencing system meets or exceeds all municipal building code wind-shear standards. Click on the image at right to see enlarged view of drawing.

This 14 page report provides the engineer's study results that prove that our pre-cast concrete wall system is capable of exceeding sustained winds of 100 mph. As a result, our walls and columns easily meet local building codes.
